New customers
For new customers we’ll need a bit of information about yourself and your pets. You can provide this in a few different ways:
- visit our Customer Registration page
- or just give us a ring on 01372 457854 and we’ll take down your details
- or register as a customer on our booking system and enter the details yourself and your pets. (please include photos, we love those)
Booking requests
We support bookings requests in a number of ways:
Christmas bookings
We are not open for check in or check out during the Christmas period. However we are happy to accommodate your cats during this time.
Therefore the latest check in date is Saturday 23rd December 2023 and the earliest check out date is Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay for bookings is 3 days.
