Dates we are closed to visitors

We are closed for drop offs and collections on Sundays, Bank holidays and over the Christmas period between the 25th December – 1st January inclusive. You may still book your cats in during this time but drop off or collection will not be possible on these days.

Drop off

Cats must be dropped off at your pre arranged time. If you are unsure please call us to check.

Bring your cat in a secure carrier that we can use to take them safely to and from their accommodation. Leave the carrier with us and we will use again it when you collect your cat.

Cats will be examined to make sure they are in good health. Please notify us of any health conditions prior to drop off. We reserve the right to refuse admission of cats which we deem unwell, or suffering any infectious disease. This is for the welfare of other cats in the cattery.

Collection

Cats must be collected off at your pre arranged time. If you are unsure please call us to check.

Likewise if you are running late or delayed, we would appreciate to be notified.

Sharing

We allow cats from the same family to share a pen. We have 2 cats pens or some larger family pens.

Sometimes we may consider it necessary to split the cats into separate pens for their own safety or comfort.

Bedding and other items

If your cat prefers you can provide their own bedding and even some of their toys.

Any bedding provided must be clean.

Please note however items left are at your own risk.

Health

We take the health and wellbeing of our cats very seriously. If a cat appears unwell we will consult our local vet at Brelades in Bookham or your own vet if you have provided details.

Please make us aware of any pre-existing medical conditions your cat has.

In the sad and unfortunate event that a cat dies whilst at the cattery we shall inform the owners or their emergency contacts. The cat will be taken to Brelades in Bookham for safe storage unless advised otherwise by the owners.

Diet

Please notify us if your cat has any special dietary requirements.

We are happy to feed them their favourite food if you care to provide it.

Emergency contacts

Prior to you dropping off your cat, please make sure that your emergency contacts are up to date. This is so if we are unable to contact you regarding your cat, another person will be available in the case of an emergency.

Vets

If you would prefer us to consult your own vet if the need arises, please provide the relevant contact details.

Photography

We will sometimes take pictures of our guests to update owners on their progress. We may also use these images on our website, social media and for promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to use these images without cost.

If you would not like your cat to be photographed, don’t forget to opt out on the customer registration form.

Vehicles

Any vehicles or contents are parked on the premises at the owner’s risk.
